Welcome to Yen4Photos! The idea for the website and its development is that of Ryan M. Sloan (JSduet Web Design). He literally took our ageless notion of wanting to share our “freeze frames” of the infinite beauty that good fortune brings our way, and brought it (and us) smack dab into the 21st Century. This is a site for sharing: these photos are not for sale on this site. We will have new photos uploaded regularly for your viewing pleasure. Yen will in the near future have a "guest exhibit" link so that you will be able to share your own photos with us and those who visit our site. Thanks for viewing our site and sharing our passion. Phil and Melanie

Yen has incorporated a section for updates so that we can inform the public of any major changes to our site. Also, any special exhibit that we feel is a MUST SEE, we will note it here. Stay up to date with Yen and check out the update section when you visit us! Once again, welcome, and we hope you enjoy what you see.

We have greeting cards!
We now are selling greeting cards, blank cards, note cards, boxed notes, matted prints, and canvas art work at many retail locations throughout Rhode Island, and nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut! If you are a retailer looking for some new products, please contact Melanie at yen4photos@aol.com for a wholesale catalog and pricing. Thanks!

About Us

The seeds for Yen4Photos origins really date back to October, 2008 in the National Parks of Zion and Bryce located in Utah, and the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Two acquaintances, Melanie Bergen and Phil Sloan, armed only with cameras, (one digital, and one 35 mm film) competitive spirits and a very large dose of pent up desire to rediscover and experience the beauty of the world as though viewed from the eyes of a child, met there to explore.
